800 Bullets
Julián Torralba is a retired stuntman from Almeria, Spain. He and several of his colleagues, who used to make a living in American Westerns shot in Spain, are now reduced to performing stunt shows for small audiences on the deteriorating set built for those old Westerns. Julián struggles with the death of his son, also a stuntman, as well as estrangement from his daughter-in-law Laura and her son Carlos. Carlos, a young boy, becomes fascinated by his late father's life and flees to join Julián and his gang of has-beens. Carlos is initiated into the raucous life of these hard-drinking faux cowboys there. When Laura, a powerful executive looking for a new location for a tourist resort, learns that Carlos has joined the despised Julián, she sets out to destroy even this sliver of Julián's once-proud career. Julián and the cowboys decide to retaliate in the only way they know how.
