After his own little girl was killed in Panama in 1994, previous CIA agent Calvin Dexter ended up being a private 'expert' in cases which would not get to justice trough the routine legal channels. Two years later on he approves to discover Richard 'Ricky' Edmunds for his , prominent rich business person Stephen Edmonds.
