Excessive Force II: Force on Force

Stacie Randall stars as Harley, a former Special Forces agent turned investigator who arrives on the scene of an apparent mob hit to assist local law enforcement. In reality, she is on the quest for Francis Lydell, her former commanding officer and boyfriend, who shot her in the head after she declined his offer to join the freelance murder squad he was assembling. Ignoring the need for surgery to remove the bullet fragment that continues to cause her intermittent episodes of confusion, she continues her quest to bring down Lydell before he has the opportunity to murder a Mafia informant being held at the police station.
