The film revolves around, Norman, a world-weary supervisor of a pier theater in a seaside hotel. Norman has actually worked in the theatre for all of his life, yet will not accept that the local council, which possess the theater are preparing to set up even more business monitoring in an attempt to boost target market numbers.
