Painted Woman

Painting Woman is based on the novel "Mustanger and the Lady" by Dusty Richards, a well-known western author. After being transferred from one abuser to the next, Julie ended herself at Kyle Allison's feet, a lady of her time and place. Rich Goldfield businessman Allison welcomed young Julie into his house and treated her like a prized possession. Abuse came at a high price for the privilege of being looked after. As Allison's time with Julie comes to an end, Julie is given two options for escaping... with two very different guys. Two unique chapters in Julie's life are depicted in PAINTED WOMAN; both mirror one other. The first chapter begins with Julie meeting Frank. Nighttime stories are told mainly in the city of Goldfield. The Mustanger is the focus of chapter two. In the bush, it takes place largely in the daytime.
