Protégé

Undercover officer Nick had spent the last seven years piercing the heart of a drug ring, working his way up from a street dealer position to a managerial position overseeing cargo deliveries for Kwan, the market's largest player. When the ill Kwan appoints Nick as his protégé, Nick cannot help but succumb to the lure of money and power and begins acting the part of a true drug trafficker. This, combined with his relationship with heroin junkie Jane, causes Nick to become increasingly unsure of his true identity, culminating in a disaster.
