Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie

The leader of the terrorist company Shadowlaw, bison, has been desperately looking for the greatest fighter on our earth for a long time. It is found by him in Ryu, a wanderer who never stays in 1 place long enough to locate him. He can, however, get a fix on Ken Mastersan American martial arts champion who studied as a child with Ryu under exactly the exact same master. Major Guile of the United States of America Army has been forced to team up with Chun Li from China in hopes of apprehending Bison and placing a halt his international ring of crime.
