As Detective Squad Chief Choi is set to move up in the ranks, As he drives home from the party, he accidentally kills a person. His promotion makes him want to cover up the crime. Another day, a body is seen hanging from a crane on TV. Because the body hanging is that of the person Choi killed last night, he's shocked that it's him. He is in charge of the investigation into the murder of his friend.
