The Sound of the Spirit

Rivka, a twelve-year-old Jewish girl who believes in Jesus, is beautiful and precocious. In their town, she and her father attend a Messianic Jewish church. However, when her father dies unexpectedly, Rivka's life is irrevocably altered. She eventually settles in with her orthodox Jewish relatives and becomes a member of their synagogue. From her tumultuous relationship with her uncle to a meeting with the synagogue's senior rabbi to the attention of the synagogue's cutest kid, Rivka learns life lessons that strengthen her faith and touch the hearts of others whose lives she has unintentionally impacted. "The Sound of the Spirit" is the untold story of a little girl caught in the crossfire of conflicting religion communities. It is recounted with wit, grace, and compassion.
