The Watcher

FBI agent Joel Campbell, burnt-out and shell shocked later years spent chasing serial killers, flees L.A. to begin a brand new life for himself in Chicago. But five months after, Joel's best laid plans are cut short when his brand new hometown gets to be the atmosphere for a few gruesome murders-- even murders which may only have been perpetrated by one individual: David Allen Griffin. Certainly one of Joel nemeses, Griffin is now followed closely his pursuer into Chicago to play with with a sadistic game of cat and mouse. Taunting Joel with photographs of his intended victims so as to maintain the police at bay, and leaving his offense scenes meticulously free of hints, Griffin functions as much fun out of watching as watching his victims Joel react expire. But when Griffin moves into Joel's inner circle, Joel must quickly find some way before someone close to him becomes the second one to prevent him.
