Captain New Eyes feeds dinosaurs and travels back his Brain Grain cereal, which makes them intelligent and nonviolent. So as to give the wishes of kids in new york they agree to visit the Middle Future. They have been to meet Dr. Bleeb of this Museum of Natural History, but get side tracked with their newest kids friends and run in the Captain's wicked brother, Professor Screweyes.
