Black Scorpion

Black Scorpion is an action-crime TV series Which aired in Canada and on the Sci-Fi Channel in 2001 on Space in 2002. The show relies on two Roger Corman films, Dark Scorpion, and also the sequel Dark Scorpion II: Aftershock. The show focuses on a female police officer, that, while the superhero, the Dark Scorpion, happens to the roads and fights crime by night. The show includes lots of references to the old Batman television show, including guest appearances by Adam West and Frank Gorshin. Episode 1.1, 1.3 and 1.8 were united to a 2002 straight to video movie called Sting of the Black Scorpion. The set is out of production, although the complete show was available on DVD in North America.
