Dragon Booster

Originally airing in2004, Dragon Booster is a Canadian cartoon series. A stable boy named Artha Penn rides the mythical dragon Beaucephalis in this tale. This makes him the perfect candidate to take on the heroic role of Dragon Booster, one who will stand in the way of an inevitable conflict between dragons and humans and bring the two species together for all time. Many of the characters take their names from legendary figures from King Arthur's saga. As a play on Arthur Pendragon's name, Artha Penn. Lance Penn is for Lancelot and Moordryd is for Mordred Le Fey. Cel colored CGI is used to create this show. While there are no current plans for more episodes to be produced due to the series being canceled, many fans have started petitions in the hopes of seeing Dragon Booster Academy continue in its second iteration.
