Flipper

Flipper, in Ivan Tors Movies in association with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Television, is the American television program broadcast on NBC from September 19, 1964, before April 15, 1967. Flipper, a dolphin, is the companion creature of Porter Ricks, Chief Warden at Marine Preserve and fictional Coral Key Park in Florida, and his two sons, Sandy and Bud. The series was known as an"aquatic Lassie", and also a considerable amount of juvenile merchandise inspired by the series was produced during its first-run.
