Gintama

Aliens from outerspace, the Amanto, have invaded Earth and obtained over feudal Japan. Consequently, a prohibition on knives was established, and Japan's samurai are treated as an effect with discount. One person, Gintoki Sakataowns the heart of the samurai, even though in his love of candy and act as a yorozuya, an individual may not expect it. Accompanying him would be Shinpachi Shimura, Kagura with her umbrella a boy with glasses and a heart and seemingly bottomless tummy, as well as their dog that is oversize, Sadaharu. Needless to say, these odd jobs aren't always simple, as they possess run ins with the police, rag tag rebels, and assassins leading to humorous but regrettable consequences.
