Jersey Shore
Jersey Shore is an American reality television series that ran on MTV in December 3, 2009 to December 20, 2012 in america. The series follows the lives of eight house mates spending their summer at the Jersey Shore in the U.S. nation of New Jersey. Season two followed closely the cast escaping the chilly temperate cold temperatures to Miami Beach, with Season 3 returning into the Jersey Shore. The summer, filmed in Italy, premiered on August 4, 2011. The series came back in Seaside Heights on January 5, 2012, for a fifth season. The season finale aired on March 15, 2012. On March 19, 2012, MTV affirmed that the series would go back due to their season. On August 30, 2012, MTV announced that the Jersey Shore would wind. The series finale aired on December 20, 2012.
The series debuted amid large amounts of controversy regarding using these language"Guido/Guidette," portrayals of both ItalianAmerican stereotypes, and scrutiny by locals as the cast members were not residents of the region.
The series garnered record ratings which makes it the network viewed series telecast ever. The series' cast also have been credited with presenting particular lexicon and phrases .
