First year high schooler Midori Asakusa enjoys anime so much, she urges that "idea is every little thing" in computer animation. While she invests her time doodling endless concepts and setups in her sketchbook, she hasn't taken the first step to developing anime, firmly insisting that she can not do it alone. After Asakusa's money-loving buddy Sayaka Kanamori notices her wizard as well as drive, and when it becomes clear that their schoolmate and charismatic style design Tsubame Mizusaki intends to be an animator, the energetic trio begin a computer animation club. With each other, the 3 goal to understand the "best globe" that exists in their minds, as well as concern see the power that fiction and also imagination carry their lives and the globe around them.
