Masters of Science Fiction

Masters of Science Fiction is an American television anthology series by the creators as Masters of Horror. The show debuted for a run of four incidents at 10PM on ABC on August 4, 2007. It had been scheduled to perform in six parts, however, two episodes were removed from the program for undisclosed reasons. The show follows a similar format as Masters of Horror, together with each hour long episode taking the form of a short film adaptation of a story by way of a person in this science fiction community the Pros in the title. In Canada the show had been Acquired by Space in December 2007. This allowed the North American premiere of the missing two episodes. A Region 1 DVD of all six episodes has been released on August 5, 2008. On February 1-2, 2012, the Science Channel began airing the episodes, under the title"Stephen Hawking's sci fi Masters", you start with the earliest national airing of the episode"Watchbirds". The show is hosted Off screen from physicist Stephen Hawking.
