Santa Evita

Upon her passing in 1952, Eva Perón's body was stored for three years while her mausoleum was being erected, despite the fact that it was never finished. The Argentine military took power in 1955 and hid Perón's body from the public out of fear that his death would galvanize opposition to them. She was already dangerous in life, but no one could have predicted that her death would make things even worse.
