Sonny with a Chance

Allison "Sonny" Munroe, a native of the Midwest, has relocated to Los Angeles in order to become a cast member on "So Random!," the most successful sketch comedy television show aimed at children and preteens. Her other youthful acting colleagues include the resident teen queen Tawni, the ultra suave Nico, the boisterous funnyman Grady, and the eccentric Zora. Now, Sonny needs to find a way to reconcile these new friendships while also adjusting to the drastically different style of life her family is adjusting to in Hollywood. In the meantime, Sonny has to deal with the fact that Chad Dylan Cooper, the star of the competing show "MacKenzie Falls," has made it known that he believes his dramatic work is superior to her comic career.
