The Familiar of Zero

Louise is an aspiring illusionist. The students at Tristein Academy refer to her as "Zero Louise" due to her current record of zero magical triumphs. In reality, her magic frequently fails horribly. As a crucial test of her magical ability, she must now conjure a familiar to serve as her servant. At this crucial moment, she summons all of her magic and wishes for a "dedicated, gorgeous, and powerful" familiar, but instead receives Hiraga Saito, an average Japanese kid. It is impossible to determine who is more astonished and upset, but second efforts are not permitted. Louise is trapped with her peculiar familiar, and he is trapped with her.
