The narrative is composed of fragments of lives lived in northern Scania. Some of them are dull, while the others border on the magic. However, like shadows across the scene, a few protagonists are distinguished: a seasonal worker that comes to Sweden for the first time, Beata. A man having a busted heart returning into where he climbed up, aaron, and Billie. Whilst the film follows their lifestyles, which slowly merge with the picture.
