A Barefoot Dream
After several failed business ventures, retired pro soccer star Kim Won-kang visits East Timor and sees children playing soccer barefoot on difficult pitches. After discovering the country had no sports goods stores, he decides to sell athletic shoes to the unshod children to get rich fast. Unfortunately, no one there can afford $60 shoes, even on a generous installment plan, and before he knows it, he is coaching a team of ragged 10-year-olds and prospects are gloomy.
