Alive

You make as much money as you work, and that's what you use to live. Jung-cheol has always had trouble with this simple idea. He went to work at a soybean paste factory in the cold winter. There, he dreams of going to the warm Philippines in the spring, as long as he makes the boss's promised amount of soybean paste and makes it through the winter. But as hard as he tries to live, things get worse. Soon, the room where the soybeans are fermenting starts to smell musty because black mold is growing on the thousands of lumps of boiled soybeans that are fermenting.
