Blind Date

When a man thinks about his ex-girlfriend, he goes blind, but the doctors can't find anything wrong with his eyes. They gave him an experimental device that uses a computer interface and brain electrodes to help him see. While this is going on, a taxi driver is taking young women to their apartments, giving them gas, and then doing some amateur surgery on them that ends up killing them. Their paths will always cross, so the blind man will have to try to stop the psychopath.
