The future has arrived, and youth gang violence is so rampant that the areas around some schools have devolved into "free-fire zones" into which no one, including the police, will venture. When Kennedy High School principal Miles Langford decides to reclaim his school from the gangs, robotics expert Dr. Robert Forrest provides "tactical education units." These are remarkably human-like androids that have been programmed to teach and are given lethal solutions to discipline issues.
