Medicine Man

In the Amazon jungle, a scientist who works for a big drug company and is a bit strange is doing research. He sends for a research assistant and a gas chromatograph because he's close to finding a cure for cancer. When he finds out that the assistant is a "mere woman," he doesn't want her help. While this is going on, the bulldozers get closer to the place where they are doing research. Eventually, they learn to work together and start to fall in love.
