Peace by Chocolate

Tareq Hadhad and his Syrian family come to the Canadian hamlet of Antigonish after fleeing war-torn Lebanon following the bombing of the family's chocolate factory. Issam, Tareq's father, begins manufacturing chocolates again, which are a hit at the local church. Neighbor Frank solicits local investors for a new factory, and local chocolatier Kelly is frightened by the competition. While Issam's "Peace By Chocolate" business continues to expand, Tareq is divided between his desire to become a physician and his duty to the family business.
