Jang-bu was a typical boy except his talent. To find every item such as a slow motion video. As friends teased him by calling'monster eyes', he chose to stick at home and not to move out. Television has been his friend. Time passes by, now grown up Jang-bu works at the CCTV control center that's exactly the best job for him personally. He also feels he is sharing their life that he's never had If he sees people's lifetime during camera. His heart opens to the entire world and Jang-bu starts to make some friends out of this control center. Along with his beloved buddies he receives sense of himself and finally determines to indicate a girl that he loved for long from CCTV...
