The Delinquent

Chung, a delivery boy, delivers an order to a nearby martial arts school. When he hits a bag and kicks out the instructor for his money, he demonstrates that he, too, is a kung fu student. Chung has a difficult upbringing. His father frequently nags him to put in extra effort. Chien-Pe, a crippled thug who controls a gang, taunts him one day, prompting him to confront him. He fights and beats them, which leads to his dismissal from his job. Chien turns to his employer, Tai Chung, in an attempt to appease Chung.
