A fresh nurse starts her shift at an aging urban hospital. After a bizarre apparition, one of the hospital's oldest nurses informs her that Mr. Moore entered the facility several years ago. His body was entirely consumed by flames following a fire. Doctors performed an urgent operation on Mr. Moore. But no one was willing to help him. Pain and medication had drove him insane... One evening, a nurse entered his room to find his bed empty... Nobody ever heard from him again. The tale is interrupted by a bell. The call originates in Mr. Moore's chamber...
