The House Where the Mermaid Sleeps

Kaoruko and Kazumasa Harima are a divorced couple with two children. They plan to get a divorce once their daughter, Mizuho, starts elementary school. One day, they get the terrible news that their daughter fell into a coma after almost drowning at a pool. Doctors say she is brain dead and can't get better, so the couple must decide if they want to give her organs to people who need them or wait until her heart stops beating.
