The Human Centipede (First Sequence)

When their car breaks down into the forests, at night, two girls find themselves alone during a stopover in Germany in the middle of a roadtrip through Europe. Looking at a nearby Grove for assistance, they are wooed in to the clutches of a deranged retired surgeon who explains his crazy vision for his captives' absolute horror. They're to be the areas of his ailing life fantasy: are the first ever to get in touch people, one to another, and so contribute about life"the human centipede."
