Tiger Claws II

Tiger Claws II, released five years after the first installment, finds Yeung's martial arts serial killer, Chong, being busted out of jail by a team of heavies hired by gangster Dai Lo Fu and whisked across the country to San Francisco's Chinatown. When Tarek Richards, a New York City cop, learns of a string of recent killings involving Chong's signature method—a claw-like mark across the victim's face—he contacts his old partner, Linda Masterson, who is now living in Los Angeles, for assistance. But, as it turns out, Chong had nothing to do with the murders. He's just being used by crime lord Lo Fu, who needs to combine his and Chong's energy to open a time portal and provide vital supplies to the ancient Shaolin monks. In reality, Lo Fu intends to use the portal to smuggle heavy modern artillery back into Qing Dynasty-era China and rule it himself.
