Whale Island
Taiwan is a small island in the Pacific Ocean. Despite the fact that it is surrounded by water, its residents are afraid of it because of the island's politics, history, and religious beliefs, which cause them to turn their backs on the sea. Liao Hung-chi, an author of oceanic fiction, and Ray Chin, an underwater photographer, take the audience out to the sea and into the water. They encourage us to learn about the sea and consider the prospect that it will become a part of our life and our country's destiny.
