Alvin and the Chipmunks
Alvin and the Chipmunks is a animated television Set produced by Bagdasarian Productions in Conjunction with Ruby-Spears Enterprises in 1983--DIC Entertainment, Also 87 from 1988--90.
It aired on NBC from 1983 to 1990 and is the followup into the 1961 -- The Alvin Show, 62 chain. The series introduced Miss Beatrice Miller, The Chipettes, three female Chipmunks with their caretaker. To DiC Enterprises, the series shifted production companies in 1988 and has been renamed The Chipmunks.
Back in 1987, through the fifth season of the show, the Chipmunks' first feature film was released to theaters by The Samuel Goldwyn Company. The film has been directed by Janice Karman and featured both the Chipmunks and Chipettes at a contest traveling around the world. The series switched titles into The Chipmunks Go to the Movies. Each incident was a continuation of a Hollywood film like Back into the Future King Kong. Tv specials containing the characters were released. Back in 1990, the special Rockin' Through the Decades has been produced. The Chipmunks also awakened with other well-known animation characters for the drug Cartoon.
