Hippies

Swinging London. From his flat in Notting Hill Gate, Ray Purbbs exhibits an'underground' (that is, counterculture) magazine, Mouth, aided by his fellow hippies Alex, Jill along with Hugo. Ray is enthusiastic about protest, ludicrously enthusiastic about every fashionable trend and convinced he's (or might be) a big player in the struggle between the Establishment and the alternative society. A Lex - though he comes from a wealthy background and looks interested in golf than altering society - is coolness personified, a guy so laid he seems to exist out of reality. Jill adopts all the newfound liberty lent asserts and her gender to love, though this attitude will not extend to her'boyfriend'. Hugo is vague, almost glorious in his obliqueness. Led by Ray, the quartet jump on every bandwagon and fail to make the tiniest little difference. The gang will be useless at all - in fact, they're not really that good at being hippies.
