Inspector Gadget

Inspector Gadget is an animated television series about the misadventures of a clumsy, dim-witted cyborg investigator dubbed lnspector Gadget – a person with different bionic devices implanted in his body. Dr. Claw, the commander of the "M.A.D." organization, is Gadget's sworn enemy. It first aired from 1983 to 1986 and continued to air in syndication through the late 1990s. Reruns continue to air successfully over the world. The series was created by French, Canadian, American, Taiwanese, and Japanese companies. The animation work was outsourced to international firms such Tokyo Movie Shinsha in Japan and Cuckoo's Nest Studio in Taiwan. It was the first animated television show to be shown in stereo.
