My Own Worst Enemy

My Own Worst Enemy is a drama series that debuted on NBC in the United States of America in the year 2008. The series began on October 13 and ran for a total of 9 episodes before coming to an end on December 15. The show is an original production of Universal Media Studios. Executive production was handled by Jason Smilovic, while David Semel doubled as both director and executive producer. The conclusion of the final episode was left open-ended, and none of the major storylines were wrapped up. Throughout the series, viewers watched the exploits of American secret agent Edward Albright and his cover identity, Henry Spivey, who was unaware of Albright's double existence. The character of Albright, who was portrayed by Christian Slater, had a chip placed in his brain that gave his managers the ability to change Albright's personality to match that of his cover. However, in the first episode, there was a malfunction that enabled Albright's personalities to switch at random. This exposed his cover identity to the person he was pretending to be. After that, Henry was plunged into the extremely risky life that Edward led, and the only way the two could interact with one another was through brief video messages sent on their cell phones. Because General Motors was the show's promotional sponsor, the company's new SUV model, the Chevrolet Traverse, as well as the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro, were featured in the show as the automobiles driven by the characters in the program as part of a product placement deal.
