The Mystic Nine

The drama is a prologue to The Lost Tomb, and it follows the adventures of nine tomb robbing families in the 1940s. General Zhang Qi Shan entered a weird mine with the help of his pals Fortune Teller Qi Tie Zue and Opera Singer Er Yue Hong to locate a secret ancient tomb. He revealed a Japanese plot to kill Changsha city inhabitants after many unfathomable perils. The men worked together to foil the Japanese plot, rescuing their city in the process.
