The Night Watchman

Possessing the ability to see ghosts and other supernatural spirits is a burdensome responsibility. Prince Lee Rin (Jung Il Woo) realizes that, like his father before him, he can see ghosts and other magical beings. Lee Rin, armed with his newly acquired talents, becomes the leader of a troop of night watchmen that patrol the Chosun Dynasty's streets from dark to morning to safeguard the populace from bad spirits. Moo Seok (Jung Yun Ho) is the most skilled swordsman in the country and the prince's trusted bodyguard. But their allegiances are put to the test when they both fall in love with Do Ha (Go Sung Hee), the successor of the Ma Go tribe, who asks their assistance in protecting the spirits of the Baek Do mountain. However, Park Soo Ryun (Seo Ye Ji), the daughter of a court official, will do anything to marry Prince Lee Rin. "The Night Watchman" is often referred to as "Diary of a Night Watchman."
